UNICEF UK, NHS teams, Fujitsu, Ricoh, Lionsgate, New Look and Watches of Switzerland, alongside plenty of smaller organisations who are no less important. Some of it is a single session, some of it runs monthly across a contract for years.

One that stayed with me was a bid team. They spend their working lives juggling deadlines, which is exactly the sort of pressure that builds up quietly until somebody burns out. We ran a session on coping with stress, and their manager wrote afterwards:

How Much Does a Workshop Facilitator Cost?

What it costs depends on a handful of things. How long the session runs, how many people are in the room, where it is, how much of it needs building from scratch, and whether you want any follow up afterwards.

As a rough guide, facilitation starts from £1,500 and goes up from there depending on whether you want a single session, a half day or a full day.

Now, if you are a smaller team or a charity and that looks out of reach, ask anyway. A short session close to home is a very different job to a full day built from scratch, and I would rather tell you honestly whether I can make it work than have you rule it out on a number you read on a page.
