Terms and Conditions
- We operate a 28 day cancellation policy. If you cancel at least 28 days prior to your booking you will not be charged, Cancellations made less than 28 days prior to your booking will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled work. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to a booking will incur a 100% charge.
- .To cancel a booking, we require a written notice via email.
- If we have created a tailored service for your booking, bookings will incur a 50% cancellation charge up to 28 days before your booking or a 100% charge if not cancelled with 28 days' notice of your booking.
- Should you wish to reschedule a service, we need at least 28 days' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the inability to reschedule your booking. You will still be charged for your booking.
- All effort has been made by us to ensure that all published prices and details are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any prices quoted in error prior to confirming a booking. Once we have issued a written confirmation the prices stated in that confirmation are fixed and will be honoured.
