 At Loving Life we offer two main Workplace Well-being Workshops to help businesses cater for the well-being of their staff. We believe a Happy Workforce is a Productive Workforce!

Well-being Workshops

At Loving Life we offer two main workplace well-being workshops which address issues commonly found in the workplace!

All of our workshops are interactive and educational and will take up no longer than an hour of your employees working day.

Our two most popular workshops are our “Live Life Better” and “Working with DSE” workshops.

We also offer tailored workshops, you tell us what you want to know, and we’ll see if we have an expert to educate your team.

Live Life Better Workshop

This workshop educates employees on best ways to stay healthy both in and out of the workplace. Including Blood pressure checks, hydration awareness, exercise benefits and top tips through a working day.

Workshop structure

Our Live Life Better workshop lasts approximately 45 minutes allowing up to 15 minutes for questioning.

This is a great service performed over the lunch break and can be fantastic as a lunch and learn for your team.

Topics discussed involve:

  • Musculoskeletal disorders in the workplace
  • Lower back pain
  • Headaches, Migraines and Neck Pain
  • Stress
  • Reducing common workplace discomforts
  • Self treatment modalities
  • Benefits of Hydration during a working day
  • Exercise
  • BMI (Body mass index)
  • Blood pressure

Sessions are limited to 25 people to keep them interactive, intimate and allow for group discussions.

The aim of the workshop is to educate staff giving them tools and knowledge to improve their working day allowing for better productivity, reduced stress and less time off work.

Perfect Your Posture Workshop

Many of us struggle to follow best practice when working with computers. This workshop educates staff on best working postures and top tips to reduce discomfort, reduce muscular ailments and improve working posture throughout the day.

Workshop structure

Our "Perfect Your Posture" lasts approximately 45 minutes allowing up to 15 minutes for questioning.

This is a great workshop provided to some that report discomfort whilst working with their DSE or a great workshop to educate staff on working effectively and efficiently with their DSE to avoid and reduce any discomforts.

Topics discussed involve:

  • Musculoskeletal disorders
  • Poor postural habits
  • Phones, tablets and laptops
  • Risks working with DSE
  • Facts and statistics
  • Chair and desk interventions
  • Reducing Risks working with DSE
  • Correctly set up workstation
  • Q and A

Sessions are limited to 25 people to keep them interactive, intimate and allow for group discussions.

The aim of this session is to educate employees on the risks of working at computers and inform them of ways to reduce and avoid these risks. The knowledge will help to contribute to a happier healthier working day whilst using laptops and computers..
