Yes. We run sessions in person nationwide and live-virtual for remote or multi-site teams. Hybrid delivery is also available.

How long is the workshop?
Most clients choose 60–90 minutes for a focused, practical session. Half-day formats allow deeper coaching, case studies and action-planning. We’ll recommend a duration that fits your timings and goals.
Can you tailor it to our roles and culture?
Absolutely. A short discovery call helps us understand your people, decision rights and current blockers. We tailor scenarios, language and tools to your context (ops, leadership, customer service, product, etc.).

Yes. Activities are optional and skills-focused. Participants share only what they’re comfortable sharing—no one is put on the spot.
Do attendees get follow-up resources?
Yes. You’ll receive a 1-page Empowerment Action Plan plus an Empowerment Toolkit (recognition prompts, autonomy ladders, safety checks and phrase swaps) to embed habits after the session.
What space and AV do you need?
In-person: a screen/projector (HDMI) and reliable audio. Virtual: Zoom/Teams/Meet with host permissions and stable bandwidth.
Can we record the workshop?
Internal recording can usually be arranged with a defined usage window. By default, sessions aren’t recorded unless agreed in advance.
