At Loving Life it is our goal to help individuals, employees and employers “Live Life Better”

Loving Life started at the beginning of 2015 working out of gyms, helping individuals with injuries, ailments and discomforts. We found that a lot of these issues were caused by a sedentary “9-5” working environment.

This inspired us to expand into the corporate industry, working with businesses to reduce these issues. Since then we have not looked back!

We use a range of methods to improve the wellbeing of our clients to improve motivation, health, reduce stress, reduce ailments, with the ultimate goal of saving businesses money through less sick days and increased productivity.

We believe that a happy workforce is a productive workforce.

 

Founder - Tyler Lowe

BSc Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation

Tyler is a highly skilled Therapist with experience gained at a range of sports clubs both in the UK and Australia.

After completing a degree in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation Tyler travelled to Australia where he gained invaluable experience working with Aussie Rules and football clubs, supporting players with injury prevention and rehabilitation. He has also spent a season working with Borehamwood Football Club in the UK, again working with players to prevent and recover from injury.

Tyler is a keen sports enthusiast. Understanding the importance of staying fit and active, he trains regularly and enjoys bodyweight based training, as well as boxing.

He's passionate about helping people and enjoys it most when he helps an individual recover from an injury or discomfort.
