Yes. Activities are optional and skills-focused. Participants only share what they’re comfortable sharing—no one is put on the spot. We also include signposting and wellbeing check-ins.
Do attendees get follow-up resources?

What space and AV do you need?
In-person: a screen/projector (HDMI) and reliable audio. Virtual: Zoom/Teams/Meet with host permissions and stable bandwidth.
Can we record the workshop?
Internal recording can usually be arranged with a defined usage window. By default, sessions aren’t recorded unless agreed in advance.
