The Art of Workplace Communication — FAQs

Everything you need to plan a clear, confidence-building communication workshop for teams across the UK.

Do you deliver the Communication workshop across the UK and online?
Yes. We run sessions in person nationwide and live-virtual for remote or multi-site teams. Hybrid delivery is also available.
What outcomes can we expect?
Teams leave with practical tools to reduce misunderstandings, listen actively, handle disagreements without blame, and communicate clearly in meetings, emails and day-to-day conversations.
How long is the workshop?
Most clients choose 60–90 minutes for a punchy, practical session. Half-day formats allow deeper coaching, role-play and action-planning. We’ll recommend a duration that fits your timings and objectives.
Can you tailor it to our roles and culture?
Absolutely. A short discovery call helps us understand your teams, typical conversations and pain points. We then tailor scenarios, examples and language to your context (ops, customer service, leadership, sales, etc.).
What topics are covered?
Common workplace communication challenges, why good communication matters, understanding different perspectives, the layers of communication, handling disagreements (“it’s not about who’s right”), acknowledging missing information, abandoning blame, and practical ways to communicate better.
What group sizes do you support?
From small teams to large audiences. In-person groups typically range from 15–200+. Virtual sessions scale while keeping interaction via polls, chat and short breakout prompts.
Is the session psychologically safe?
Yes. Activities are optional and skills-focused. Participants only share what they’re comfortable sharing; no one is put on the spot.
Do attendees get follow-up resources?
Yes. A 1-page Communication Playbook with listening prompts, language swaps, conflict-calming steps and a meeting/email checklist to embed habits after the session.
What space and AV do you need?
In-person: a screen/projector (HDMI) and reliable audio. Virtual: Zoom/Teams/Meet with host permissions and stable bandwidth.
Can we record the workshop?
Internal recording can usually be arranged with a defined usage window. By default, sessions aren’t recorded unless agreed in advance.
How much does it cost?
Fees depend on format, duration, location and audience size. Share your details via the Quick Workshop Enquiry form for a clear, itemised quote.
How soon can we book?
Popular dates book 4–6 weeks ahead. Short-notice slots are sometimes available—tell us your preferred date on the enquiry form and we’ll confirm quickly.
