    How our Office Yoga Works

    • Delivered as mat-based sessions
    • Suitable for all levels including complete beginners
    • 30 - 60 minute sessions to suit your schedule
    • Can be held in a meeting room, breakout area, or virtually via video call
    • Sessions focus on movement, stretching, breathwork, and relaxation
    • Option to offer employees direct access to a unique booking link (no double bookings)
    • Available as a one-off wellbeing boost or part of a regular wellbeing programme

    All of our Yoga Instructors are:

    • Insured with Professional and Public Liability Insurance of up to
      £1,000,000 minimum. (We’ve never had a claim)
    • Qualified Yoga Instructors with relevant certificates and a minimum of 1 year experience
    • Caring and passionate about delivering a great service
    • Friendly, happy and act in the upmost professional manor
    • Highly skilled, tailoring each class to the level and needs of the participants
