Do you run team away days across the UK?
Yes. We deliver workshops across the UK. Share your location and preferred date in your enquiry and we’ll confirm availability and any travel time.
How many people can take part?
We design sessions for small teams through to large groups (10–150+). For bigger groups we split into rotating breakout activities so everyone stays engaged.
What does a typical agenda look like?
Every away day is tailored, but a common format is: energiser & aims, two interactive workshops, lunch/networking, practical tools activity, action planning, and close. We’ll shape the flow to your goals and timings.
How long is a workshop?
Most clients choose a half-day (3–4 hours) or full day (6–7 hours). We can also run focused 90-minute modules for offsites with packed agendas.
What space and equipment do we need?
A meeting room or open space with chairs and a screen is perfect. We bring materials and slides. For active exercises we just need room to move safely.
Can you tailor content to our objectives?
Absolutely. We’ll run a short discovery call to understand your team, challenges and outcomes, then propose a workshop plan matched to your goals and culture.
Who facilitates the sessions?
Experienced facilitators with a background in workplace wellbeing and team development. All are insured and used to working with mixed seniority groups.
How do you keep sessions engaging?
We blend short evidence-based insights with practical, interactive exercises. Expect small-group work, reflection prompts and clear take-away tools.
Can you support hybrid or multi-site teams?
Yes. We can combine in-person and live-virtual modules, or deliver the same away day at multiple sites on the same week for consistency.
How is success measured?
We agree success criteria in advance. After the session we can provide a brief summary with key outcomes, actions and optional participant feedback highlights.
How much does it cost?
